Today is our new quarterly performance announcement. The first quarter of 2021 has been memorable and eventful for RealtyBundles. Here are the main milestones that occurred in January-March 2021.

United Kingdom Regional Property Bundle

Q1 article UK

  • A new long-term rental agreement was signed for one of the Bundle’s flats.  This is a two-bedroom flat with a living room and fully-equipped kitchen. It is located on the second floor of a three-storey, mid-terrace block containing four flats in total. We estimate that the main profit from this Bundle will come from rental income.
  • All of the four properties in Scotland that currently constitute this Bundle were insured for one year by the local company Covea Insurance.

Calabria Property Bundle

  • A lease agreement was signed for all seven of the Bundle’s flats in the San Rocco II Complex, Calabria. We have already received a 20% deposit on these flats according to the agreement. One of the tenants is our permanent client, which rented our flats last season.
  • Rental reservations for all seven flats at the address Via dei Platani (San Rocco II, Calabria) were booked for the two months of July and August 2021 (tourist season).

Lakaspont Property Bundle

  • Apartment A at Szondi 37C (Budapest, Hungary) was rented again. The flat was rented after it was split into two smaller apartments both of which were fully renovated. A one-year lease agreement was signed. Apartment A is located in downtown Budapest with all necessities and recreation options including a spa and the Hungarian State Opera House within walking distance, making this apartment a great option not only as an Airbnb rental but also for long-term rental.

Germany Property Bundle

  • RealtyBundles signed a loan agreement to participate in providing a loan for the first phase of construction of the Neos-Bremen project. The maximum term of the loan is up to 30 April 2023 and it was provided to the company Konrad-Zuse-Str. Bremen GmbH & Co KG. Construction is taking place at Neos, a state-of-the-art building concept for the ‘Digital Hub’ initiative of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), which is located in the Bremen Technology Park near the university. The Neos property will offer around 12,000 square meters of space for modern coworking and conference rooms, innovative lab facilities and flexible office and technical areas.

Q1 article Nir Zichlinsky

Nir Zichlinsky joined our team as an Advisory Board Member in Israel. He is a co-founder of IDU Israel Directors Union. IDU brings together directors and boards of directors of public companies, large private companies, state-owned enterprises, municipal companies and large institutions. Nir has a master's degree in business management from Ben-Gurion University and a doctorate from Bar-Ilan University.  We are happy to welcome Nir to the RealtyBundles family.

Q1 article Fundit

RealtyBundles conducted two fundraising campaigns through Fundit. The campaigns were successful and raised significantly more than our initial target [1][2]. A total of 810 individuals invested in RealtyBundles. You can find out more information about the campaigns here:
